​​​​The 2026 New Year's card features a photo of the Oman Pavilion at EXPO 2025 in Osaka, for which we were responsible for its landscape design.

As this year's zodiac sign is the horse, Arabian horses are important to the Omani royal family and people.

The horse, named Ahazeej, which means "Ode to Joy" in Arabic, was presented by the King of Oman to the Emperor of Japan in 1994, and has become a symbol of exchanges between Japan and Oman.
