Shonan's Urban Terrace to Enjoy Outdoors
People living in Shonan know how to enjoy outdoor activities. We got a hint from their characteristic and set our landscape design theme; the Lifestyle of Enjoying Outdoors. We aimed to create an urban landscape integrating with its natural beauty, with these three ideas; a space that enables residents to [1] enjoy the four seasons, [2] spend comfortably, and [3] experience the Shonan's nature. We believe that the fine outdoor spaces with a green coverage ratio of over 30 percent will make the relationship between people and the environment better.
