The Effective Layout of Parks and Green Spaces in an Industrial Estate

This project is to study how parks and green spaces in an industrial estate should be according to their locational characteristics, which are significantly different from general city areas. We proposed the layout of parks and green spaces that aims at networking new and existing greeneries in the industrial estate by taking the differences in locational conditions such as hills and fields into consideration. We also proposed how to operate the legal system required to realize our layout plan, which ended up with a partial amendment to the Order for Enforcement of the City Planning Act.
