Green Outdoor Spaces with a Lively Atmosphere

This project is to design outdoor spaces of the Musashi-Koganei Station area composed of transportation facilities, a civic hall, commercial buildings, residential buildings, etc. In the place surrounded by the civic hall and the commercial buildings, we designed a bustling plaza that enables various events and activities. To advertise the local character that there are many plant companies in the city, we also proposed to make "green showrooms" of plants from the local companies along the street. We expect the device to revitalize the local industry on the opportunity of this ​redevelopment.
