This project was the landscape design of Fujimori Park, the main venue of the 34th National Urban Greenery Fair Hachioji, held in fall 2017. Based on the design concept; the Experience of the Cultural Lifestyle Filled with Flowers and Greenery, we designed places for interaction among visitors to create a lively atmosphere and enhance the charm of Hachioji City. Through the project, we considered what kind of facilities are needed at the venue, designed the whole landscape, decided the contents of the outdoor exhibitions and flower gardens, planned how to get, store, plant, and maintain a large number of plants, estimated the total cost, and coordinated every exhibitor.
