Proposal for Regional Revitalization
The regional development plan Ogi Satoyama Story aims at preserving the local rural landscapes in terms of environments and activities by inheriting and utilizing the local nature, history, and culture for the locals to rediscover the goodies of their region. We proposed the plan based on our concept "Rural Museum" centered on interaction with nature, people-to-people exchanges, and environmental education, in which rural residents, urban residents, and government are involved as their role we defined.
