A Musical Plaza of Water and Greenery at Tomboike Park, the Crown Prince's Marriage Memorial Park
Tomboike Park is located in the hilly area, about six kilometers to the east of the center of Kishiwada City, Osaka Prefecture. There are many ponds peculiar to Senshu District of South Osaka in the surrounding area. It was built in commemoration of the crown prince's marriage. We created a symbolic landscape of the park by making an extensive lawn that is seamlessly connected to the surface of the existing pond, and circling its fringes with a large 118-meter-long gallery. As walking through the gallery, the beautiful and colorful landscapes of the park would be shown up.
