Planning a Lasting Beautiful Cityscape of Shinyuri-Yamate

This project is to plan a cityscape of Shinyuri-Yamate district, a 37 hectares new town developed due to the Manpukuji Land Readjustment Project. It is a part of a development area that aims to create fine cityscapes as a hub for commerce and business and attractive places for bigger targets that disseminate culture and art and encourage exchanges. To create a beautiful cityscape with elements of Live, Work, Learn, and Rest suitable for this development area, we drew up policies and standards for cityscape planning of Shinyuri-Yamate district, harmonized with the adjacent Shinyurigaoka Station area.
